As a Marketing Executive with a focus on Content Creation and Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content strategies across various platforms. Your work will enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives, brand voice and messaging.
- Create engaging content and high-quality content, including blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, videos and other formats.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to produce multimedia content.
- Stay updated with content trends and apply them.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Plan and schedule content, engage with followers and analyse performance metrics
- Keep up with trends and identify new social media platforms to leverage
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Assist in the execution and tracking of social media advertising
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and audience behaviours to ensure relevant and impactful content
- Manage agencies to create content and optimise channels
- Assist in influencer marketing, identifying KOLs and engaging them
Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of other marketing efforts not limited to events, product merchandising, marketing collaterals, photo/video shoots, creative media kits and brand collaborations.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Job Requirements
- Diploma In Mass Communication / Marketing / Business or related field
- Proven track record of successful social media management and growth preferred
- Possess great passion and interest in TCM, healthcare and wellness industry.
- Able to adapt quickly to situations and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, independent, compassionate, and has a positive learning attitude.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for a senior position.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera
