About the role
As part of our shift towards innovation and growth, Wine Portal is looking for a Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects to build prominent brand awareness. You will organize promotional wine events and creative marketing campaigns that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and customer interests.
- Organise and execute marketing plans, advertising, activations and events
- Create brand awareness and develop the brand portfolios in Wine Portal
- Work closely with cross departments to streamline messages in digital and offline marketing collaterals
- Work closely with in-house designers to design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, eDMs, website banners etc
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Occasionally required to design simple collaterals via Canva
- Produce and manage social media content, including videos and blog posts
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Review and evaluate post-marketing campaigns for improvements
- Perform market research on brand awareness, competitor activities, and market trends
Qualifications
- Min 3 years of work experience, preferably in the wine or spirits industry
- Preferably Bachelor degree holder or above, or equivalent
- Experience in planning and organizing wine related events and diners
- Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, or Canva
- Working knowledge of using social media marketing dashboards i.e Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager etc
- Working knowledge of using e-commerce and CRM platforms such as Shopify and Mailchimp
- Proficiency in English: Writing and speaking
- Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines
- Wine knowledge is a plus
