Job Overview:
Hobbs Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As the Master Franchise for Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza, our mission is to elevate the brand’s presence in Singapore. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team with achieving the organisation’s goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain experience across various facets of marketing while contributing to the success of a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Calendar Development:
- Assist in the creation of a comprehensive marketing calendar aligned with the brand’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely execution of planned activities and campaigns.
- Social Media Content Creation & Planning:
- Oversee and manage social media content creation in collaboration with external marketing agencies.
- Plan and schedule content to maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Brand Campaigns & Graphics:
- Provide input in the conceptualization and development of brand campaigns.
- Work with the team to ensure campaign graphics align with brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
- Third-Party Platform Liaison:
- Liaise with third-party platforms (e.g., food delivery services, online directories) to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and coordinate promotional opportunities to drive traffic and sales.
Key Skills:
- Graphic Design Knowledge:
- Understanding of design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Campaign Management Experience:
- Experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns, from planning to analysis.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Social Media/Digital Marketing:
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
