Your duties as Sales Coordinator are as follows:
- Cold calls to precise projects/sites based on database given
- Review tender / quotation documents
- Coordinate sales appointment (shared calendar)
- Update of lift status + timeline (production, freight up to arrival in Singapore)
- Reply to whatsapp/ phone call / emails and forward to sales team for follow up
- Ensure quotation requests gets followed up within timeframe / tender expiry
- Any other Ad hoc sales related work at the discretion of the Sales Manager
- Flexible work arrangements
Requirements
- Min GCE "O" Level Pass
- No experience required
- Able to speak English fluently (additional language is a bonus)
- Willing to learn and communicate with various parties
- Able to complete tasks independently
