The Channel Manager will focus on growing sales of surveillance security solutions through e-commerce platforms and physical retail stores in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through e-commerce and retail channels.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners (e.g., online marketplaces, retailers).
- Work with partners to achieve sales targets and promote the company's surveillance solutions.
- Train and support partners to effectively sell the products.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns for partners.
- Monitor partner performance and suggest improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Gather feedback from partners and customers to improve products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development.
- Experience in the surveillance security solutions industry or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, physical retail channels, and the security solutions market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
