Position Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist position is committed to assist the Lead Sales Manager and Sales team in the co-ordination of aircraft management and charter sales. This entails order processing, customer quotes, sales information management and customer record administration to deliver regular proactive reporting, supporting Lead Sales Manager to drive targeted sales and marketing distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Lead Sales Manager and Sales team in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing
- Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
- Answers inbound customer calls regarding product and service information, and identifies upselling opportunities from such calls
- Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation
- Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
- Provide clients with accurate and timely information while multi-tasking in a team environment
- May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Requirements:
- Minimum of Higher Diploma
- Minimum 2 years in an equivalent Sales role (preferably in aviation)
- Must have strong computer knowledge, including but not limited to, WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK.
- Fluent in English
