Sales Coordinator responsibilities:
- Admin documentation; filing, answering phone request etc
- Coordinating with project team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (between client, office team, and worker)
- Ensuring the adequacy of work-related equipment or material for each project/job
- Responding to complaints from clients side and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Follow up with client on account receivables (performing calls to check on payment status)
Requirements:
- experience as a coordinator in the construction, plumbing industry will be considered a plus;
- With computer skills (MS Office)
- Able to write and speak English (at least about to communicate)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Enthusiastic Learner
Others:
- Having experience in construction field will be good (especially in plumbing and sanitary sector)
