The ideal candidate will be responsible for development and implementation of digital marketing plans across the SUTL Group including ONE°15 Marina, e-commerce and consumer goods divisions as well as responsible for communicating all digital initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, performance management and lead generation. The successful Digital Marketer possesses strong hands-on experience in an agency or brand owner.
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted content across all social channels to drive engagement and reach.
- Drive strategy, execute, and optimize of paid digital efforts, spanning display advertising, social media, EDM campaigns and search engines for the Group
- Website development and updates
- Develop social media content strategies
- Liaise with in-house designer and external vendors
- Monthly reporting to internal stakeholders and brand owners.
- Analysis of data for individual campaigns to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations
- Strategize and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns
- Event management support of the Group’s iconic events.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing
- Minumum 3 years' digital marketing experience, preferably within an MNC as well as an agency
- Proficient in utilizing all social media platforms and advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of the digital mix across PPC, SEO, content and programmatic display
- Good understanding of e-commerce marketing and major marketplaces in Singapore
- Excellent understanding of digital analytics platform as well as optimisation tools ie Google Analytics.
- Analytical mind coupled with the ability to work independently in a matrix environment
- Strong command of English with copywriting skills
