- Handle sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs and enquiries.
- Liaise with agents with regards to shipment monitoring.
- Prepare reports for internal and external customers.
- Create an effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Cargowise One.
