Ductwork Sales Manager (Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical) - TT

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve goals in healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.


Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging industry insights and connections.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.


Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to track trends, adjust strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure new business.


Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior staff, providing guidance to help them meet their sales goals.


Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and mitigate potential sales risks.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations for seamless project execution.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ductwork systems and HVAC industry standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Experience in the ductwork or HVAC industry.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
• Certifications: Certification in sales or related fields (e.g., CPSP, CSM).


Working Conditions:
• Work Environment: Full-time position with standard office hours.
• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.
