Responsiblities:
- Drive company success by effectively planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future growth.
- Generate and cultivate leads while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and achieve growth objectives.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers to build lasting relationships and thoroughly understand their needs.
- Analyze business trends and implement a strategic sales plan for sustained long-term growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Conduct regular sales meetings—weekly, monthly, and annually—to monitor and review sales progress.
