Immediate Hire Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for passionate and creative individuals for a Growth Marketing Manager that with focus on Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and Graphic design in up & coming NEW skincare, wellness cum aesthetic medical center. Trendy and new technologies and concepts will be explored and marketed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive customer conversion
- Create captivating visual content including graphics, banners, and promotional materials for online and offline channels.
- Copywrite content related to product and services in our industry
- Manage and optimize our website/Shopify platform to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Able to Leverage platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, and Google SEM/SEO to maximize our online visibility and reach.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to think out of the box and be creatively effective.
- Organize and assist to execute brand awareness and consumer conversion events
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Public Relations and influencer management
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 Years Experience in branding, graphic design, product and website design
- Strong knowledge of Google SEM, SEO, social media (Facebook/Instagram/WeChat/Xiao Hong Shu/Tiktok) and email marketing best practises.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and tracking capabilities.
- Proficiency in performance marketing funnel, A/B testing and direct-to-consumer customer acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, both English and Mandarin language
- Verse in Adobe suite/Figma, Canva and Videography and Video-editting.
- Strong creative flair with a keen eye for aesthetic industry and design trends.
- Passion for the medical aesthetic industry
