Zoff Singapore seeks a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, website content, and in-store displays.
Content Creation & Design:
Develop engaging marketing collaterals (both print and digital) such as promotional materials and social media content that effectively communicate Zoff's value proposition.
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, adhering to brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams (both in Singapore and Japan) to develop impactful Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays and seasonal in-store promotions.
Event & Project Support:
Assist in organizing events, product launches, and marketing collaborations.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Track key deliverables, milestones, and campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Analyze marketing data including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign results.
Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to stay informed about industry and marketing trends.
Administrative Support:
Provide occasional assistance with day-to-day office functions and store operations when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar field (internships and part-time roles considered).
- Recent graduates with a strong interest in developing their skills as a marketing professional are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and their management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic design skills and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) are a plus.
