Tokenize Xchange is one of South East Asia’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and users. We strive to be the reliable and secure platform for fiat to crypto on-off ramp services while creating utility for our users’ digital assets.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us in this role which offers a unique opportunity for exposure to the industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the Marketing projects and executing our branding plans for the Company.
Responsibilities
- Conceive Social Media and community strategies for different channels to build brand awareness, boost community engagement, and create and maintain the project network’s brand image
- Build, monitor, grow and maintain vibrant online communities on Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Medium and etc. by planning and developing high-quality engaging content, activities, and campaigns
- Work closely with the internal marketing team to set up and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with the overarching marketing and product strategies.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends in community interactions, research social media trends, and plan/update/propose suitable campaigns to build community online
- Undertake Content Branding initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content supports overall marketing and business objectives
- Stay abreast of content marketing and digital trends
- Deliver engaging brand content on a regular basis and inspire team members
- Manage the Product Roadmap and Coordinate with other departments on Product Marketing activities
- Effectively increase Product Awareness by driving tactical promotional efforts and engagement activities with internal and external sales team
- Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution
- Track campaigns, measure their performance against the KPIs, collect feedback, and produce regular reporting with the analysis on how to provide constant improvement and ROI
Requirements
At least 4 years of related experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Branding, and/or anything related
- Proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graphic design skills (desirable).
- Experience in KOL management, campaign planning and management, and events planning
