Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Executive:
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement business plans to increase share and sales amount for the assigned customers/team.
- Achieve sales target based on assigned customer accounts. Conduct annual sales target settings and meet achievement.
- Leading the sales team and activity of reference design in IC/Semiconductor and Automotive customers.
- Develop multi-level business partnership with each assigned account and strive to achieve high level of customer satisfaction within the customer. Conduct Business Meetings and Customer Visitations.
- Business performance review. Support Customers' Technical & Business Enquiries.
- Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
- Support customer design in activities. Align with internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities to prospective and existing customers.
- Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time builds good rapport with new and existing clients by pro-actively anticipating clients' needs and identifying business solutions to meet those needs.
- Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners (Design House/System Integrator/Gov Agency) to derive business plan for existing/new markets.
- Drive and influence the promotion activity in OEM customers of target market and application through global IC reference design activity.
- Undertake other MARCOM and Marketing Support group activities.
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Electrical & Electronics field is required
- Min 2-3 years experience in B2B Sales experience, preferably in IC/Semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and presentation
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS +VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: North
