Sales Executive (Account Management)

AlwaysHired is pleased to represent our esteemed client in the FMCG space to recruit for a Sales Executive (Account Management). This position would be required to manage the domestic and international key accounts of their personal care & household products between their HQ and SEA markets.


Job Responsibilities:


Account Management

  • To explore on new market opportunity by building network with distributors companies, chain stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
  • To work closely with distributor to monitor on the brand activity and sales turnover for company household brands.
  • Handle customers inquiries and requirements.
  • Liaise with customers and HQ.
  • Attend to all trade and consumer enquiries efficiently and appropriately.
  • Organic demand forecasting and inventory management with the SCM team.
  • Ensure AR collection.

Operation

  • Managing sales orders for domestic & export business
  • Accurate and timely delivery of sales reports.
  • Consolidate and track shipments.
  • Assist in the management of e-commerce and social media platforms.

Market Sensing & Marketing

  • Research on market trend.
  • Analyze competitor.
  • Managing to launch a new brand or product in the client’s channel.
  • Lead brand building, promotion plan to achieve sales target.
  • Analysis of marketing activities and report on performance.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities closely and make recommendations and initiate appropriate actions where necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration or any similar discipline
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a fast moving and ever-changing consumer goods key account management environment.
  • Preference with brand in management and product development experience in FMCG companies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer focused and with a good team working
  • Sales / Key Accounting Management
  • Good to have experience working with trade/distribution channel.
