We are looking for a high-energy Solution Sales Manager with a strong technical aptitude and background in selling data solutions or SaaS. The Solution Sales Manager will play an integral role in growing Handshake’s technology and partnerships footprint by working closely with our product and technology partners to innovate and deliver data solutions for our clients across the region.

The Solution Sales Manager will be expected to:

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for technical solutions by engaging with prospects, partners, and key customers throughout APAC.
  • Identify and cultivate prospects to ensure conversion to customer acquisition, increase customer retention and overall growth of the business in APAC.
  • Accelerate customer adoption of our products and ensure that our customers understand relevant product use cases and other relevant value propositions.
  • Promote a strong team dynamic with collaborative teams including those with technical, delivery and product functions.

As a Solution Sales Manager, you would have:

  • More than five (5) years of sales or business development experience working with data solutions, SaaS, tech products or software sales.
  • Demonstrable experience in a hunter role within APAC countries.
  • Technical background in big data analytical tools, web applications and so on or hands on experience in a SaaS role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audience.
  • A good understanding and commercial awareness around software product implementation, licensing models, procurement processes and cycles implemented by relevant industries.
