Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to customers
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management, detailing progress and performance.
- Follow up on quotations and monitor project progress
- Work closely with engineers and vendors to provide comprehensive support to customers
- Coordinate and manage in-house projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Liaise with engineers and vendors to ensure proper management and smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in power generation, controls or switchgear is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies; must be a fast learner.
- Excellent communication skills.
