Travel Sales Consultant
Looking for passionate and motivated Sales Consultants to drive sales revenue through group tour sales (retail sales) packages and services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the travel tour market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in travel industry sales.
4 weekdays + 1 weekend
10am to 7pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Market and sell a variety of travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services to the public.
- Address customer inquiries and create customized travel packages to suit individual needs and preferences.
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals, actively participating in sales meetings and preparing sales reports.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clientele.
- Keep accurate records of bookings and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirement
- Proven experience in a sales role, prior experience with a travel agency will be a huge plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
