- Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 + VB
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in resolving team member issues to enhance processes and boost productivity.
- Supervise and oversee team performance to ensure monthly retail targets are met.
- Handle production orders, manage shipment arrivals, duty payments, and warehouse storage.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on stock allocation, shipment details, and warehouse management.
- Manage COE (Certificate of Entitlement) bidding, and update COE details in the system.
- Allocate stock to dealers and handle vehicle deposits and full payments.
- Provide support to Sales, Aftersales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage vehicle deposits and payments from dealers.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports.
- Support Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and Audit teams, including arranging stocktaking with external auditors.
- Embrace new challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with over 4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Reporting to the manager and assisting in managing the admin team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Office, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Experience in handling internal and external customer interactions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to delegate administrative tasks, respond to team feedback, and recommend effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to liaise with counterparts in China.
