Organisational Transformation Lead (People & Culture)
The Organisational Transformation Lead collaborates with top management to integrate and coordinate the company's culture strategy. This role involves diagnosing cultural challenges, managing change, and influencing various stakeholders to co-create and implement a strategy that fosters enduring change and a strong company identity, ensuring alignment with the company's Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Strategic Objectives while enhancing organizational resilience and agility.
Responsibilities:
Culture Analysis and Evaluation
- Establish methodologies and apply relevant tools to diagnose cultural gaps within the company.
- Gather insights from staff feedback and surveys, consulting with top management to articulate a desired culture that motivates high reliability and behavioral alignment with the company's direction.
Culture System and Strategy, Change Management, and Employee Communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a coherent culture system and change management plan (1, 3, and 5-year plans) that improves employee experience, engagement, and confidence.
- Explore new technologies to enhance culture-building efforts and oversee organization-wide culture change programs, ensuring effective project management.
- Create engaging communication materials using storytelling and dialogue to convey complex messages, while driving stakeholder processes to secure buy-in.
- Identify and coach 'change agents' to amplify employee voices across the organization, contributing to improved productivity, innovation, collaboration, and workplace diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Culture, and Engagement Systems.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and align business and people systems effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and change communication skills.
- Adaptable, creative, and resourceful in dynamic environments.
- Significant experience in design and digital engagement.
