About The Role
We are recruiting for several Inside Channel Account Managers, (ICAM) for the following territories, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), ASEAN, Greater China, Korea and India to join our Partner Sales Organisation. All ICAM roles will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Director, Inside Partner Sales, Asia Pacific.
Your role will be to support partner recruitment, partner onboarding, coordinating and leading monthly sales and technical enablement sessions. You will work closely with our partner program specialist and partner marketing to evangelize our PowerUP program benefits, and teach partners how to leverage the Partner Portal to learn more about Cloudflare solutions. You will own building, developing and nurturing relationships with a subset of partners. Your key performance indicators will be growth of deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities, and partner-initiated sales in your territory. To help you succeed, you will work closely with a broad range of team members who will support you, including partner sales, program specialist, marketing, enablement and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit and onboard targeted partners
- Coordinate program, sales and technical enablement for your partners at scale
- Lead demand generation initiatives and campaigns to drive partner-initiated pipeline
- Grow deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities and partner-initiated sales
- Establish a cadence with a subset of partners that you will develop and grow, including setting goals, developing partner plans, reporting metrics and tracking progress
Desirable:
- 3+ years experience working with partners
- Experience working in the technology, cybersecurity and/or networking sector is a bonus
- Confident presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Has a builder mindset
