Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our product offerings, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone. The Telesales Representative will play a critical role in generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consultation.
  3. Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our services.
  4. Objection Handling: Address and overcome client objections to drive sales and achieve targets.
  5. Closing Sales: Utilize effective closing techniques to secure new business and achieve sales quotas.
  6. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, including grants, loans, corporate secretary services, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
  7. CRM Management: Use CRM software to manage leads, track client interactions, and update sales activities.
  8. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, tracking progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field is preferred.


Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to understand and articulate complex product information.

4. Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
