Requirement:
1. Min. 3 years experience as Head of Kitchen to manage , recruit, train a team of staffs
2. Min. 5 Years Experience in Catering or Zi Char or Seafood Restaurant
3. Physically fit to cook 50 - 100 pax per wok. Able to carry heavy. No physical injury
4. Stay nearby Central Kitchen
5. Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
