We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for students and individuals looking for flexible work arrangements. You will support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks, including helping with booth setup and management, promoting our products and services, and assisting in accounting activities. A hybrid work arrangement is possible, and training will be provided—no prior experience needed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisors in setting up and manning promotional booths.
- Promote business products and services effectively to visitors.
- Support in various administrative and accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and meticulousness in data entry and record-keeping.
- Uphold a friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Fulfill a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

- $10 per hour on weekdays.
- $13.50 per hour on weekends, public holidays, and eves of public holidays.
- Hourly rate will increase as you acquire competency and proficiency in your role.
