Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 8+ years in System Analysis and Cards Functional Domain
- Specific Expertise:
- At least 8+ years in Cardlink/Vision Plus
- Expertise with cards payment networks
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in CICS COBOL, COBOL batch, JCLs, Easytrieve, VSAM, JCL, OPC, and other mainframe utilities
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
- Conduct requirement analysis for Cards Core Issuing and Acquiring application processes, including dispute management
- Estimate effort and design application solutions for card dispute processes
- Lead discussions with business and IT teams to gather and document technical requirements/solutions, ensuring traceability
- Collaboration and Documentation:
- Work closely with functional Business Analysts, Architects, and end-users for the development and enhancement of applications
- Prepare functional solution documents specifically for card disputes and present them to stakeholders for sign-off
- Technical Specifications and Review:
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare technical interface specifications for dispute management
- Review detailed technical designs, code, test strategies, and test results for dispute-related functionalities
- Responsible for defect triaging, especially in dispute resolution processes
- Testing and Implementation Support:
- Guide testers/users in setting up card parameters for new businesses (including new organizations, products, pricing, etc.) and dispute scenarios
- Guide testers/users through the end-to-end reconciliation process, including dispute resolution
- Support system integration, user acceptance, and regression/performance testing, with a focus on dispute management
- Work closely with testers and business users to ensure the coverage of critical functions related to disputes
- Provide post-implementation support for dispute functionalities
- Dispute Resolution:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient dispute management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for card disputes
- Identify and resolve issues related to dispute processes and escalate as necessary
- Risk Management:
- Identify and escalate risks related to the project/processes, with a specific focus on dispute resolution
