Job Scope
- Pack raw meat and prepare for shipping
- Cut & prepare raw meat for packing according to order received
- Preparing frozen raw meat for packing
- Pick up heavy goods (raw meat) from delivery
- Cleaning walk-in freezer/cold room where meat has been stored
- Monitor & supervise other raw meat-handling workers & assist where required
- Scheduling work shifts
- Any other work as assigned
Additional Information:
- Physically demanding due to raw meat handling
- Very cold environment due to frozen meat storage
- High working hours due to demand
