Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance

· At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

· Experience in Marine, Construction or Process Industry

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

· Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business.

*Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

*At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Required Skill(s): Proficient in MYOB, Proficient in MS Office, Good Communication Skill, Good Writing Skill.

*Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Review and verify invoices related to logistics and transportation services.
• Process payments to vendors and ensure timely and accurate payment cycles.
• Reconcile AP accounts and handle any discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain detailed records of all AP transactions, including freight, shipping, and customs fees.

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate and issue invoices to customers for logistics services provided.
• Track receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Reconcile AR accounts and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies with clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all AR transactions.

Requirement

• 2 year experience in AP&AR
• Able to work in fast pace enviroment
