Purpose and Scope

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers and crews.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily deployment of drivers and crews
• Assist with daily planning of days and nights routes and CRM bin deliveries
• Conduct site visits and attend complaints from public and clients
• Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues
• Conduct Toolbox Briefing
• Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment
• Monitoring of crews’ discipline and attendance
• Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages
• Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse
• Supervising crews/vehicle movement and routes
• Assist manning customer relations
• Reporting and Follow-up with Town Councils / NEA
• Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects
• Working together with HSE Team and assist with the maintenance of the overall depot safety and movements within
• Working with Fleet Management on Vehicle planning issue for inspection and etc
• Upkeep of company assets including vehicle, first aids & spill kits
• Perform coverage of duty when there’s shortage of manpower (driver / crew)

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Completed Higher/ NITEC in any discipline with at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics / Operations Management
• Preferably with own transport
• Proficient in Microsoft office application
• Preferably with Class 4 license
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commit to rotating weekend/ Public Holiday duties
• Working hours (Monday to Friday): 10pm to 7am
• Rotating Sunday duty: 6.30am to 7.30pm

About the Role:

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in driving Confluent’s sales activities to grow our customer acquisitions in the Enterprise space in Singapore . This role includes activities developing and executing on the go-to-market strategy for your territory. The ideal candidate needs to have experience selling complex Database, Messaging, Big Data, Open Source and/or SaaS into large corporate and multinational companies.

What You Will Do:

• Build awareness for Kafka and Confluent
• Consistently prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline in the Enterprise space in Singapore, contributing to our APAC Enterprise revenue generating effort
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
• Build strong and effective relationships within the Enterprise space, resulting in growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Confluent partners
• Create and execute go to market plans that are based on viral methods and organic growth

What You Will Bring:

• You have 7+ years of Enterprise sales experience in the Technology space
• Deep experience selling within the Database, Open Source, Messaging or Big Data space into the Singapore Enterprise space
• An ability to articulate and sell the business value of big data and the big impact on businesses of all sizes
• You have experience selling to developers and C levels
• Significant experience in a Sales and/or Business Development role within a similar start up and high growth organization
