We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our team in Singapore.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will work on a variety of projects which could include scientific and strategic consultation, publications planning, and organisation of satellite symposia and stand-alone meetings, and development of a range of print and digital medical education projects. This is a role in a dynamic global team with lots of opportunity for growth and progression. You will have the opportunity to get on-site experience and cross-functional liaison internally. You will be someone who enjoys the challenge of acquiring scientific knowledge and expertise across different therapy areas and developing excellent relationships with clients. To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment. In addition, you will have meetings experience (conferences, symposia, satellite meetings, events etc.) You should have good financial understanding and have had experience with budgeting. You will also be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and process daily sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.

• Prepare and issue payments to vendors in a timely manner.
• Support the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist with the monthly account closing process and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Maintain precise financial records and documentation, including AP, AR, journal entries, and general ledger (GL).
• Provide general administrative assistance to the finance department as needed.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide required documentation and assistance during both internal and external audits.
• Handle GST filings and submission.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
