Purpose of the role:
1. This position formulates effective sales strategies to manage existing customer base and penetrate new accounts and existing/ new market segments.
2. A key role is to assist the Sales Manager in accomplishing sales and revenue targets, in alignment with overall company’s growth objectives.
Expected outcomes:
1. Manage relationships with customers and develop strong rapport with key and strategic accounts.
2. Manage assigned key and strategic accounts effectively and develop new customers to achieve sales and profit objectives set by management.
3. Creative selling in offering value-added services to customers, proposing solutions, assessing risks with effective planning and project management to promote Vendor Managed Inventory, Creative Component Solutions and explore potential business opportunity.
4. Explore new and existing products to widen company’s offer range.
5. Review customers’ contracts and ensure compliance with company’s contractual guidelines and procedures, before entering into agreement with prior approval from management.
6. Monitor industry trends and analyse market demand to generate accurate forecast so that the company could make necessary adjustment in capacity and resources.
7. Uphold professionalism in selling and key account management, promote company’s brand name and participate in trade promotion events when needed.
8. Attend to customer’s complaint and co-ordinate with Quality Department to resolve quality/ technical/ delivery/ service issues.
9. To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the respective supervisor or management.
10. Meet sales GP and sales target and quarterly KPI set.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
1. Minimum: GCE ‘O’ Levels
2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Teamwork within team and across departments

7. Presentation and Negotiation skills
8. Ability to use MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Work, Powerpoint, Teams)
9. Good command of Mandarin and English in both writing and oral (may need to handle Mandarin speaking customers)
