Execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate merchandise to meet those needs. Account managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all customers assigned. Customer functions include “hunting” and “farming”.
• To achieve and exceed planned AOP sales target.
• Market intelligence on competitor and customer loading plan (UT%).
• Good communication and presentation skill to represent and upkeep company image.
• Primary point of contact to customers for all communication and information exchange
• Provides timely quotation response to customer RFQ’s.
• Perform contract review for all incoming material for processing
• PO accuracy
• Part accuracy
• Due date accuracy compared to PO
• QC representative at customer specific meetings and conference calls.
• Monitor and track quarterly and annual revenue to plan.
• Identify and communicate any changes to part volume changes to production.
• Resolve any outstanding issues with orders prior to order shipment back to customer.

• Assist accounts payable with any invoice related issues.
• Work directly with engineering for special requests and manage SRF’s for R&E projects.

Educational/Certification Requirement:
