What you’ll do
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Serve as the internal advocate for the client, adeptly managing client’s expectations while striking a balance between Thredd’s desired outcome and the client’s needs.
• Drive revenue and margin growth, aiming to meet individual sales quotas through identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Conduct QBRs to keep client informed about platform enhancements, product, and service developments and identify potential opportunities.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ product and geographical roadmap and collaborate with Thredd’s Solutions Design Consultants to expand the client’s proposition.
• Serve as the central contact for addressing clients’ commercial requirements.
• Understand and execute existing team processes to achieve high performance, including Account Development Plans, pipeline management, deal qualification, re-porting, and measurement.
• Collaborate effectively with the Customer Care team, who manage the client’s operational relationship with Thredd, enabling the team to manage responses and drive resolutions, while simultaneously maintaining oversight of all operational queries and issues raised.
• Support Thredd’s Credit Controller to ensure that your portfolio of clients remain current and any billing issues that do arise are dealt with swiftly.
• Provide support to the Marketing team by promoting participation in case studies, PR activities and Industry lead events.
• Collaborate with the Implementations team as client’s go-live and require support implementing additional products.
• Stay informed and up to date on the ever-changing payments sector through proactive reading and research, sharing insights with the AM team.

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English as to handle our China stakeholder
• Previous experience in mentoring and leading team members

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
