RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare Sales Quotations
· Prepare Sales Invoices promptly
· Liaise with warehouse and handle inventory records
· Prepare monthly payroll
· Prepare GST documents
· Responsible for record keeping
· Assistance and guidance will be given
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT
· Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR
· Minimum 1 year admin experience
· Knowledge of Word, Excel and Email handling
· Bilingual in English and Tamil to liaise with Tamil speaking associates
