Job Description
Reception
· Handles telephone calls
· Manages frontline counter duties; attending to all students, parents and walk-in visitors’ queries
· Attends to goods delivery on behalf of staff
· Attends to students leaving school early/injured
· Recording temperatures for all staff in the morning
General Admin
· Oversees the general housekeeping of the General Office (i.e reception area, conference room, sick-bay and pantry – assisted by Operations Support Officer)
· To assist in printing of worksheets/exam papers for the school
· Arrange for temporary storage of received items in the General Office where necessary and inform relevant staff
· Assist with list & found items
· Provides admin support for School Leaders and teachers
· Assists in admin duties such as data entry, attendance system of the staff and SC Mobile etc.
· Assist Admin Manager in administrative tasks
· Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/AMs
Requirements
· At least 3 years of similar working experience in receptionist and administrative functions
· To have preferably worked in MOE Primary School environment in the last 3 years
· To be preferably first-aid trained
Working hours
· Personnel A – Mondays to Fridays 6.45am to 12.45pm inclusive of 30 minutes break (Morning Shift)
· Personnel B – Mondays to Fridays 11.30am to 5.30pm inclusive of 30 minutes break (Afternoon Shift)
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
