Administrative Officer
Overview:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.

- Saturday: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Job Description:
- Board Meetings/AGM/EGM/Ad-hoc meetings matters;
- Compiles agendas for meetings;
- Prepare Meetings packages and distributes them to BOD and Members at least two weeks prior to the meeting;
- Attends records and transcribes minutes of all Meetings;
- Transcribes, formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence, documents, data and graphics;
- Word processes for manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals;
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating various business departments and follow up with their operational performances and outcomes;
- Processes outgoing mails; and
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin;
- IT savvy (Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point);
- Reliability and dependability in fulfilling tasks.
