Duties:
• Manage the Director's schedule, arrange appointments, and facilitate meetings to optimize time utilization
• Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for both internal and external communication
• Monitor and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting or responding appropriately
• Aid in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences as needed
• Serve as a bridge between the Director and various team members, departments, clients, and vendors
• Conduct research and gather data to assist in the Director's decision-making process
• Prioritize and oversee tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and attainment of goals
• Uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information and handle matters discreetly
• Validate invoices for payment and process petty cash claims
• Provide support with personal tasks and errands to fulfill the Director's professional and personal obligations.
