Responsibilities:

Your job duties may involve:

· Research Support: Assisting in conducting desktop scans and basic research activities such as conducting literature reviews, data collection, and data processing.

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and presenting data from research activities to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

· Admin, Logistics, Operations Support (new): Prepare and consolidate management reports, administrative and logistical support for network sessions, events etc

· Casework Administration: Assist Caseworker in preparation of documents for on-site visits.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.

· Immediate Starters are preferred (Not serving any notice period)

· COVID-19 Grants Audit: Involved in the audit of COVID-19 related schemes, manage feedback and appeals received from applicants audited.

· IT Support Management (new): Assist end-users in resolving account query and collate feedback on system improvements.

Job Type: 11 Months Contract

Basic Salary: $3,450 per month

Responsibilities:

· Perform the role of Claims Officer in managing the mailbox for receiving claims forms and requests related to Grant claims/operations and filter/re-direct enquiries to relevant project managers (where applicable).

· Perform administrative checks and assignment on claim documents submitted by grantee before redirecting to relevant project managers and monitor disbursement status of the claims.

· Facilitate clarification and communications between internal and external stakeholders.

· To assist in the housekeeping of existing claims-related email accounts prior to the closure of such accounts; and drives’

· Facilitation of offsite storage for grant related physical files from company premises and appointed vendors’ offices.

· To provide secondary support in the management of Grant awards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

· Preferably 1 year of administrative experience in grants or claims management.

· Competent in Microsoft Excel.
