Main Responsibilities:

• Handle loans documentation for block discounting and other finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loan and facility records
• Assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions as and when required

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Job description & requirement

• Assist in the office, procurement and operational administration
• Maintaining the Purchase Order, vendors’ quotations, internal recording and filing systems
• Computing and verification of service/ maintenance agreements (pest control, aircon, water dispenser, season parking etc), purchasing, sourcing and pricing comparing to renew/engage new vendor lists

• Ensuring complete and systematic records are well maintained for yearly auditing

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet capable of completing tasks assigned within timeline/ deadlines and initiative to update manager on the progress
• Must be able to work well in a team with good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well with information transmission for updates
• Other duties as assigned and appropriate to ensure the smooth running for all stakeholders operations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Able to start work in short notice

The Job

• Handle loan documentations related to Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products
• Regulate the form and contents of hire‑purchase agreements and the rights in accordance to Hire Purchase Act
• Process loan applications and verify data entry to ensure proper documents submission are correct and in place
• In charge of data entry and document filing
• Responsible for all the data record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers & partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short payment or collection arrangements
• Assist with sales admin processes
• Engage close interactions, coordinating with inter-department and external customers to ensure smooth day to day operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification Diploma with 2 years experience in Hire Purchase in vehicle, Credit Loan or other loan products
• Strong in English, able to write, type and speak fluently
• Similar experience in the automotive industry and credit/loan experience is an advantage
