- Experience in handling more than 150 headcounts payroll calculations
- Familiar with foreign workers permits application, renewal & cancellation
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
- Priority for candidates who has experience in F&B or retail industry / used Infotech Payroll system
- Highly motivated to complete tasks independently
• Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) and Administration related work.
• Maintain and update proper records of employee information and leave records in payroll software system and staff master database, in line with the P-file kept in hard copies
• Compute monthly salary calculations for employees and generate payslips on timely basis.
• Responsible for all work pass administration, from application to cancellation, inclusive of EP, SP, WP,etc.
• Administer all leave, time off, staff welfare, workers’ insurance, claims and benefits and ensure all are in line with letter of appointments, as well as the company policy.
• Implement and maintain an Employee Handbook, which is prepared in compliance with labour laws and approved by key management, such that it is to be reviewed at least once a year.
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding (such as conduct interviews & orientation for new staff; exit interviews for resigning staff with records documented)
• Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
• Organise recruitment drives and training programs to support all department heads as and when necessary.
• Consolidate salary reviews and bonus payment
• Support in development, implementation and review of HR policies and initiatives
• Liaise and issue official letters / memos to internal staff or external private / government agencies / parties as and when required
• Fill up government surveys as & when needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties including back up support in stationery purchase & control, key access and control, systematic filing system etc
