Roles And Responsibilities
1.1 Assisting with monthly project cash flow updates.
1.2 Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated time frame.
1.3 Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing.
1.4 Actively liaising with stakeholders (customers, vendors, subcontractors, project staff, and etc.)
1.5 Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders issued, and handle supplier queries.
1.6 Following up on overdue receivables.
1.7 Assist with ISO ISOās audit documentations.
1.8 Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.
1.9 Monitor training course dates for site staff.
1.10 Prepare monthly reimbursement claims.
1.11 Assisting Accounts team with the accounts payable and preparation of payment to suppliers.
1.12 Assist Accounts team with required reporting and audit requirements.
1.13 Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
1.14 Providing administrative support and any ad-hoc requirement to Administrative Team, Accounts Team, Management, and related superior.
Requirements
1.15 Diploma or Degree in Project Administration/Management from a recognized Institution/University, or related work experience.
1.16 Min. 2 years working experience in similar position.
1.17 Fresh graduates will be considered.
1.18 Preferably have M&E/construction experiences.
1.19 Computer literacy in MS office.
1.20 Excellent oral, written communication skills, and time management skills.
1.21 Ability to work in a team.
1.22 Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore.
1.23 Mon-Fri : 9.00am to 6.00pm, Sat: 9.00am to 1.00pm. 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday off).
