As a CS/Admin Assoc, you will learn various skills as you work closely with the customers of our brand and the Business Development team, being the first point of contact between the company and all the customers we link-up with daily, while also managing administrative roles within the office.
- Extension of the brand persona through messages sent over multiple communication channels
- Truly understand our customer's needs to provide them the best options and value for their requirements
We’re looking for an individual with a strong drive to learn and to contribute to the team and brand. You should also be very proactive, able to adapt quickly, juggle multiple tasks and be unafraid of voicing your opinions in our fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer walk-ins at the Pronto Arigato Service Centre
- Main bridge between the customers and the repair team
- Ensure timely updates provided to all their customers regarding the devices they have sent in for repair
- Ensuring items in inventory are kept above reorder levels
- Weekly inventory count

Starting Remuneration: $2,300-$2,900
