Your Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to ensure smooth functioning of the daily operations in the organisation.

What Will You Do

• To develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• To oversee the daily operations of the company.
• To monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• To manage daily scheduling and optimize resources.
• To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
• To develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
• To identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• To provide leadership and to operations staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• To prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience of in Operations Management or similar role.
• Have knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends.
• Familiar with the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Day: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Office Location: Chin Bee Crescent, Singapore (Boon Lay)

Salary: $3500 to $4000 depending on the experience

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Minimum three years of experience in accounting roles.
• Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.

Job scope

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and bank reconciliations. (Key focus is on retail customers.)
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Generate reports for monitoring and analysis, such as AR/AP aging, expense reporting.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• GST submission/Government survey
• Assist in other accounting functions, e.g., intercompany billing/Inventory control.

Performs a mix of tasks to ensure a smooth patient journey by involving in patient engagement activities as well as effectively managing admission/discharge paperwork.

a. Perform admission process

• Generate bill estimate and provide financial counselling to patient/next of kin

• advise patient on medisave / medishield / private shield / Corporate guarantees

b. Perform in-flight accounts follow up
