• Confident to present on the M&E components in a tender submission presentation

• Manage the design deliverables – work package design submission, drawing & material submission
• Ensure that the overall design progress is in line with the programme
• Input into buildability and value engineering proposals
• Oversee and Develop design coordinators to manage independently

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or PEB
• At least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
