• Edit and proofread a variety of content across digital channels (social, web, marketing) ensuring each concept meets style, tone and marketing message requirements as well as reflecting the overall brand

Requirements:

• Design portfolio that showcases a variety of design works
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Graphic Designing skills
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphic skills will be a bonus.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• A background working with companies in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B will be advantageous
• Good communication skills, flexible and the ability to think out of the box.
• Language requirements include proficiency in both standard English and Mandarin for both writing and reading skills.

The Role

We are searching for a self-motivated and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers for the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work experience
• Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave of absence, and retirement plans
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR information system (HRIS)
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews
• Stay updated on employment law and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus)
