Job Description

· Pre & Post contract administration works

· Tender taking off, call quotation and cost estimate for tender

· Sourcing of quotation, negotiations and procurement

· Preparing contract and payment certificate for sub-contractors

· Monitoring cost budget and cost control to maximum project profit

· To attend the consultant meeting, preparing variation work costing, progress claim and settlement final account with client and sub contractors.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Building

· Minimum 5 years working experience in main contractor

· Good written communication skills

· Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking

· Preferably able to commence within short notice

Job Description:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents in accordance to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project is achieved.
• Access payment and variation works to client and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Communicate with the client, management, sub-contractors and keeps track of the progression of both main contract and sub-contract.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• More than 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Acquired with both civils and architectural knowledges is preferable.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in LTA project, or similar scale, complexity and nature of work will be advantages.
• Location: Tampines.

• Assist in new tender process, take off quantities for tender
• Main contract and Sub-contract administration
• Settle VO with client and consultant, attend project meetings
• Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Post-tender measurement
• Prepare project budget & costing/S-Curve monitoring
• Prepare main contract progress claim and site evaluation
• Settle contractual issue with client, consultant and sub-contractor
• Settle final account with client, consultant and sub-contractor
• Provide support to project division on anything related with Quantity and Cost
• Assist in project management, compiling project reports and documents filing.
• Degree in Quantity Survey / Civil Engineering / Building Construction or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience in construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, proactive, resourceful, results-oriented and with a good eye for details
