• To map out the overall project management plan and ensure that the roles and responsibilities, objectives, commitment, deliverables, schedule and risks are clearly defined and communicated to team members and customers.
• To establish a risk management plan for a structured approach to identify and review potential risks and mitigation actions.
• To manage project budget and costs with the objective to maximize revenue and margin achievements.
• To establish a project execution plan and schedule for tracking of deliverables within the scheduled milestones.
• To build a high performance delivery team, comprising both onsite and offshore resources, and provide effective leadership to the team members
• To oversee the entire project delivery life-cycle within scope, schedule and budget.
• To maintain a pro-active and responsive relationship with all stakeholders, both internal management and customers, to provide regular and accurate progress updates, problem reporting and resolution processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering (Degree must be recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of qualify control systems.
• Hands-on” attitude, meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, etc) is preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, resourceful and independent with good negotiation skills.
• Position will be based in Tuas Site

General Summary of Responsibilities

• Lead a Property Management Team in HQ, managing multiple projects.
• Responsible to the Sub-Division Head for the business result of the team.
• Undertake continued development of the team in accordance with the approved business success plan.
• Source business for the company/division generally by client contact, networking with other departments, and general promotion of XC services.
• Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an ongoing career path.
• Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.
• Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.

Job Specification

• At least 6 to 8 years in MCST management, preferably with both managing agent and asset management experience.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in estate management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Able to handle pressure and handle multiple tasks.
