Able to tabulate, calculate and control site wastage of materials.

Able to arrange and schedule of site work.

Our client is an asset and wealth management firm that they are planning to set up in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire a Director, Real Estate Investment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough due diligence on prospective investments, including market analysis, financial modeling, legal and environmental reviews.
• Managing the fund's real estate portfolio, including monitoring the performance of individual assets and the overall portfolio.
• Assessing the fund's capital-raising needs based on its investment pipeline and growth objectives.
• Determining the appropriate fundraising approach, such as targeting institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, or a combination of both.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors through regular communication, events, and networking
• Assist in setting up the business operations in Singapore

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate investments across Southeast Asia market
• With experience in managing fund and investment portfolios
• Good market and industry network

• Overall responsible for the planning and execution of M&E activities during construction project.
• Adhere compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&E systems.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
• Handle the M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 7 years working as a M&E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.

• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Carry out site measurement and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 4 years working as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building condition of contract.
