What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Finance Director or any other authorized by the management,, you are to establish, coordinates and administers all Food and Beverage Control and accounting related functions in accordance with policies, procedures and state and local laws and regulations. Also ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Hotels Food and Beverage Control Department and to provide support to the outlets of the Hotel with regards Food and Beverage Cost Control issues.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Ensure the proper functioning of building systems, utilities, and common areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repair and maintenance needs promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular tenant meetings and surveys to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate lease negotiations, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Identify and address issues related to property appearance, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and operational activities to senior management.
• Analyse and provide insights on key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Property Management experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Outgoing and detailed oriented
