Job Description:

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Reporting to the Group CEO as well as Director of Portfolio Management, responsibilities will include the following:

• Deal analysis, underwriting and due diligence.
• Assist Group CEO in execution of real estate and real estate related deals
• Assist Group CEO in business development and sourcing for real estate related deals
• Monitor and manage existing real estate investments of the Company
• Liaise with external vendors and partners in asset management of various investments where relevant.
• Perform market and submarket research, including rental comps, sales comps, and economic and demographic trends that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
• As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.

Requirement:

• Degree in Real Estate;
• 3 – 4 years relevant experience in a real estate investment firm;
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fastpaced environment with excellent time-management and organizational skills;
• Detailoriented and resourceful;
• Good presentation skills;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description & Requirements

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
• Design and conduct safety training programs for employees.

• Experience in water reclamation plant will be advantageous.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
